If you already have a confirmed reservation to travel to Cancun, just take the survey. If you are selected to participate in the vacation club program, you will be scheduled for a hotel visit with roundtrip transportation from your Cancun hotel.
If you take the survey, a representative authorized by the vacation club will contact you to verify your information, your reservation and your travel preferences. They will also confirm if you have been selected to participate and will confirm the day and time to attend. to the presentation of the Vacation Club.
If you are selected to participate, the Hotel Krystal will pick you up at your hotel (in Cancun) to take you to the Vacation Club and present the memberships. This presentation lasts 90 minutes.
If you stay at any hotel that is within Cancun, you can participate. People staying in destinations other than Cancun are excluded, such as; Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or others.
Anyone with a confirmed reservation to vacation in Cancun during 2022 can take the survey and can participate in the established program of the Krystal Hotel Vacation Club, however not everyone can be chosen, the requirements to participate are very varied. At the time of completing the survey, an authorized agent will contact you to verify your information and confirm if you are eligible to participate in the program.

Group travel is not permitted under this promotion. The Resort will honor only up to TWO promotional packages per qualified family, friends, and acquaintances to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Both parties must qualify.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary is all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:

Attendance to a minimum 90-120 minute vacation ownership sales presentation at Krystal Cancun is required after breakfast. Activities (excursions) and or/appointments with dentists or doctors should not be planned until your preview time has been scheduled with the Resort. You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at the Krystal Resort. Participants cannot have attended a resort presentation in last 12 months. Must tour with spouse/fiancé/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating, and all children or friends on this promotion.
Married or cohabitating couples - BOTH participants person must be between the ages of 30 and 70. Cohabs must have been living together a minimum of 5 years. Retirees accepted between the ages of 45 - 60 if make the income and meet all the other qualifications. Gay couples both between the ages of 30 - 70 with Matching I.D.s If legally Single Women 32-60 old with annual income of $50,000.00 USD or greater. If bringing a guest, it MUST be immediate family member ONLY, not friends. Single women are not eligible for Group Travel. Single men do not qualify.
Minimum $60,000 USD Annual combined income for married and cohabitating couples. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, Retirees accepted up to the age of 60, if make the income and meet all the other qualifications. Must not be a full time student.
At least one participant must have US/Canadian passport. The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk. Married or cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate and/or lease agreement)
Offer is valid for married, cohabitating and same sex couples and legally single women All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s). If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Both interested participants who meet the requested qualifications must be able to speak, read and understand fluently the English language mainly or in its absence the Spanish language.
Offer is valid only for residents of the USA or Canada who meet all other qualifications. At least on participant MUST have valid US/Canadian passport. If other participant does not have US/Canadian passport they must have Valid USA Green Card or Canadian government issued Resident Card. Residents of Puerto Rico do not qualify. Residents of Quebec, Canada do not qualify.
To complete the confirmation process, you will need to complete the Resort`s Welcome Call in order get your flight information and review the terms and conditions.
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgement. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.
Participants that have attended any other resort vacation club or time share sales presentation in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
Upon check-in you will be charged $21.95 per night resort fee. This fee is paid directly to the resort.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Also, this offer is not available to current Resort Vacation Club Members, or to guests who have vacationed with Resort Vacation Club in the past and attended the resort developer sales preview.
This offer is not valid if you will be staying before or after this promotion in another hotel or resort in the area, including Riviera Maya.

Caution: Do not leave a deposit with anyone at the Cancun International Airport for tours and other vacation sales presentation. Doing so will invalidate this package. When traveling to Mexico the participant must spend their first night in Mexico at the Krystal Cancun or this promotion will be voided.
Cancun Experiencias holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer.
